Entrepreneur of the Week Sharon Levy Hello # Post 1 Introductions

Very pleasant to all,

My name is Sharon,

I am married and the mother of two daughters.

 

I want to thank my father who approached me with the determination to give a stage to my story.

 

With the help of his determination and connection to my determination I decided it was right to share. Especially for those at the beginning of the journey and those who need a boost for refreshment.

 

So how did I get into real estate investing?

When I was discharged from the army (once, a long time ago) I met the first businessman in my life.

 

He was an entrepreneur by all means.

To this day I remember well, well the first tour in Carmel, in Haifa about the properties he worked on.

 

As part of the tour we also entered a construction site, so it was a scraped house.

During the tour he explained to me what the house would look like, where everything would be, and literally every detail down to the level of the children's bed.

 

Then .. we went for coffee at his house, which went through exactly the same process as the house on tour,

Improvement process.

 

And after he told me

We sat at the computer and he showed me the whole process.

What the house would have looked like before and in my eyes I saw what it looks like now and so did the house we saw on the tour before and what it would look like at the end of the process.

 

I remember that when I saw the visualization, I was surprised by the similarity to reality.

And when he finished the explanation. I was left with an amazing experience and surprised by the ability to do so.

 

It was a temporary meeting with an amazing and enthusiastic Israeli entrepreneur who left me passionate about the subject…

 

At that time I was a discharged soldier.

It all seemed big and impressive to me.

But at the time did not motivate me to action.

 

The years flew by for them…

 

And I settled in project management and training.

 

Then the little dwarf on the right pick started buzzing at me…

I was in a good job, in a government company… A cage of gold…

But cage…

 

I wanted more flexibility in life, more time with family and greater options for our future.

 

Then came the moment, in conversation with a good friend, the urge to change, the place to grow more and help others and improve their financial abilities.

 

I told him about real estate, about the Haifa entrepreneur I knew 2 decades ago and that I have a passion that I have not yet realized to be part of the real estate field.

 

Suddenly I caught my friend smiling ..

He threw it at me: "If real estate, then with the best,

I started to find out and check

And so I came to Project X's real estate course.

 

I enrolled in studies and over time the knowledge grew and the passion burned in me .. really ..

Every time I heard the lectures of the leading real estate people I felt that this is my place and this is what I want to do.

 

The feeling of connecting between fulfilling dreams and people getting to the house and my realization to engage in real estate, felt like a real home.

 

I knew that with such a strong feeling, I would set off. Loyal to my personality, my goals and future investors.
